We offer project-based software engineering internships which will take you through a full software development life cycle to include planning, requirements gathering, design, coding or implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. These are project-based internships so you may experience a singular project from end-to-end, over the course of one or multiple back-to-back internships depending on the scope of the project. Unlike traditional internships that may be time-based (3 or 6 months), our internships are designed to give you the experience you need to see an entire project through delivery.

Internship Selection Process

Our goal is to ensure that each internship provides adequate training through real-world projects that align with the intern’s career goals. Because the focus of this organization is fully internship-based, we do not require that candidates apply directly to specific roles, instead, we ask candidates to apply in general while providing us with some insight into career goals as well as which kind of projects are of interest. This will allow us to match interns more closely with the projects that are available at the time of application. The process will include a general application, a phone and/or video screening, and in in person interview which will include a technical skills assessment.
